Decades of Deals, Generations of Entrepreneurship

Why We’re Here

At WhiteHorn Advisors, we understand the critical role that small and mid-sized businesses play in shaping communities and driving local economies. We founded this firm with a clear purpose: to bring our energy, expertise, and genuine commitment to the business owners who have poured years of hard work into building something of value.

Selling a business is a deeply personal transition that reflects the legacy you’ve created. We approach every engagement with the perspective of both seasoned transaction professionals and hands-on business owners, ensuring that the process honors your achievements while helping secure your financial future.

We have over fifteen years of principal investing and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) experience at both large public companies and in our own business. Our experience has included sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions and investments across a wide range of industries. We have closed over two dozen transactions, ranging from the acquisitions of small private companies to those of multi-billion dollar public companies. We have significant experience partnering with business owners throughout all phases of the transaction process as well as post-transaction to support ongoing management and strategy execution of operating companies.

A Legacy of Entrepreneurship

We come from a family with a long history of entrepreneurship and success in building and growing companies.

On our father’s side, our grandfather partnered with his father to build a diversified agricultural and animal health products business known as Babcock Industries. The business grew from humble beginnings in a small upstate New York community into a global operation with diversified product lines, a network of more than 500 franchisees in 70 countries, and over $100 million in annual system-wide sales. The business ultimately went public and was acquired by an international conglomerate.

On our mother’s side, our grandfather founded Midwest Television Systems, an early pioneer in consumer electronics specializing in the installation of remote-control televisions in hospitals and hotels. This company also went public and was later sold to a major international electronics manufacturer.

Today, we continue this entrepreneurial tradition. We currently own and operate a portfolio of automotive repair shops in Texas and Arizona, having completed multiple acquisitions to build that platform. Our family’s strong entrepreneurial history continues to inspire us, and we’re excited about the opportunity to continue their legacy of building and growing great businesses.

Our Name

Legacy matters to us. The success of our family’s businesses and the principles that guided them form the foundation of our work today. Our name, WhiteHorn Advisors, was inspired by our grandfather’s poultry business. It stands as a symbol of vision, perseverance, and entrepreneurial achievement and serves as a daily reminder of where we come from and the responsibility we feel toward every business owner we work with.
